Malaga School of Hospitality - La Cónsula

The School of Hospitality of Malaga (La Cónsula) has been offering a training model of excellence since 1994, achieving a nationally and internationally recognized success and since November 2015 is part of the network of training schools of the Andalusian Employment Service. The training provided at the School is based on a model of high specialization and innovation that aims to adapt training to the demands required by the productive sector of the hospitality industry and reaches high standards of quality and excellence in an economic sector such as tourism that has a relevant weight in the creation of employment in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

The teaching team is made up of expert chefs and maîtres, who bring a long experience acquired in prestigious establishments, and professionals specialized in languages, hotel technical management and new technologies applied to the hospitality industry.

In addition to achieving a level of labor insertion close to 100%, the recognition achieved is backed by the professional success of former students who, with the training provided by the center and their dedication, occupy positions of professional and business relevance in the activity of restoration or are prestigious chefs, some of them holders of Michelin Stars.
