Fair Food for a Smart Life was invited to co-organize the biggest event of the University of Aveiro on the 17th of June, a special day for former students and their families. The gastronomy offer will include several stands showcasing typical recipes from the region, having as ambassadors the so-called Confrarias, non-profit organizations devoted to bring awareness to the Mediterranean Diet and its rich cultural heritage.
